Reuniting after nearly 20 years, Moveable Feast brings together four extremely diverse musical talents to explore a catalog of work referred to as “eclectic, solid and funky… displaying a sense of fearlessness as it tweaks the jazz tradition”.
Bringing together the influences of jazz, funk, Latin, African and avant-garde, Peter Vircks (sax), Kevin Washington (drums), Jeff Bailey (bass) and Tommy Barbarella (keys) have individually worked with a wide range of artists including Prince, James Carter, Doc Severinsen, Eric Kamau Gravatte, Steve Slagle, Dave Stryker, Mavis Staples, Rhythmic Circus and The Minnesota Orchestra. |
